Chapter 1 Demo Updated

The build of the game has been updated to 0_1_0d - this is to address a number of bugfixes and content issues which people have found while playing. Most notably, the quest implying that one character had committed suicide has been reworked to be less of a massive, tonally jarring mis-step!
